Western Isles forecast – (UK forecast to follow)
Wednesday – We are going to see a mainly fine and dry day across the Western Isles. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some decent spells of sunshine. A few scattered showers. Feeling chilly. Low pressure sits across England. Cold winds come down from the North and North West for us in the Western Isles. Winds under 25 mph. Temps of 1C to 7C
Christmas Eve – High pressure dominates the weather across the UK. Cold air sits across the Western Isles. Brisk winds gusting 30 mph. Under 10 mph by the end of the day. Risk of frost and ice with a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Some decent and prolonged spells of sunshine. Variable amounts of cloud. Winds will be from the North and North West. Temps of 2C to 7C
Christmas Day – We are going to see a cold air across the Western isles to start Christmas day but it will get milder as the day goes on. A cold front will bring rain in later in the day. Winds gusting 30 to 40 mph strongest in the afternoon and evening. Winds will be from the West and South West. Temps of 3C to 10C
