Today – spells of rain which will be heavy and persistent at times. We are going to see overcast conditions with occasional dry interludes. Winds gusting 20/40 mph at times reaching 50 mph. The odd gust reaching 60 mph can not be ruled out. Wind easing late evening risk of frost and ice. Winds from the South West. Temps of 2C to 9C
Sunday – Sunshine and showers with winds gusting 40/50 mph. These showers could be wintry at times with a slight risk of some sleet and snow.
Monday – Gales once again with outbreaks of rain and a chance of sleet and snows.
Tuesday – mainly dry cold with sunshine and cloud.
