Overnight – We are going to see sleet and snow showers moving across the Western isles. Some falling as rain. We could see a covering in places. The greatest risk for Harris which could see more snow. Frost and ice likely in places. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Morning – Further wintry showers with some snow again. The greatest risk for Lewis and Harris. Some sunny spells and some rain falling at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Afternoon – Squally showers these heavy at times possibly thundery and at times wintry. Some sunny spells in the breaks in the cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Evening – Further squally showers but these becoming less frequent and becoming drier. Overcast conditions with a few clear spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
