Morning and afternoon – Mostly overcast with rain and showers. A band of heavy rain will sweep across the Western Isles during the afternoon. some sunny spells but for most the cloud dominates. Much milder than of late but feeling colder in the wind chill. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
