Saturday’s forecast – Rain and wind.

Good evening Western Isles on this Friday evening we are seeing a mainly fine and dry end to the day. A few scattered showers with a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds under 20 mph. Today’s high of 2.3C

Overnight – We are going to see the temps rise. We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Showers moving across the Western Isles. Some of these heavy at times. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Mostly overcast with rain and showers. A band of heavy rain will sweep across the Western Isles during the afternoon. some sunny spells but for most the cloud dominates. Much milder than of late but feeling colder in the wind chill. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Evening – The rain showers becoming more scattered with some clear spells. The cloud will dominate. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Winds will be from the West and South West shifting North West by the late evening. Temps of 2C to 8C
