On this Thursday morning, we are seeing some rain and sleet moving into parts of Uist and Barra. Elsewhere mainly dry but overcast. Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph. Overnight low of 2C

Today – We are going to see a band of rain and sleet. Possible snow moving northwards across the islands. This will bring heavy rain at times. The cloud dominating. Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph. Some uncertainty how far north it will get and some parts of Lewis and Harris may stay dry. Winds will be from the East. Temps of 2C to 6C

Friday – Sunshine with brisk winds. Feeling cold

Saturday – Sunshine and cloud. Cold and breezy.

Sunday – Cold overcast with lighter winds.
