On this Tuesday afternoon we are seeing a mainly dry evening with a few scattered showers. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph at times. Today’s high of 4.2C

Wednesday – A mixture of sunshine and cloud. Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph at times reaching 50 mph. Feeling cold again. Mainly dry the odd shower cannot be ruled out. Winds will be from the East and North East. Temps of 2C to 5C but feeling colder in the wind chill.
Thursday – Low pressure sits across Ireland and we will stay in the Easterly airflow. Winds will gust 20 to 40 mph. A few wintry showers. Mainly overcast with some sunny spells. Temps of 1C to 4C but feeling cold in the wind chill.
Friday – The low pressure moves into the Irish Sea. Wnds will be from the East. Some snow possible in the early hours. Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph. Cloud dominating with some sunny spells. Winds will be from the East and North East. Temps of 0C to 5C but feeling colder in the wind chill.
