Overnight – We are going to see some heavy and persistent slow moving rain. Slightly lighter rain for north Lewis. Mixed in with this we are going to see sleet and snow. The greatest risk of snow over higher ground. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph.
Morning – Further heavy rain but this will gradually clear from the East moving Westwards with overcast and dry conditions behind. Some sunny spells and further sleet and snow showers in the West. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph at times.
Afternoon – A few lingering spells of rain but this will clear away for all by late afternoon. Overcast mainly with some sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Evening – Overcast with some clear spells the cloud will mainly dominate. A few showers and risk of frost and ice. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
