Morning and afternoon – Some decent and prolonged sunshine. Even wall to wall sunshine. Some wintry showers but most places staying dry. Variable amounts of cloud. Winds under 20 mph.

Evening – Clear skies and cloud with frost and ice. Variable amounts of cloud. Winds will be around 10 to 30 mph.

Winds will be from the East and South East. Temps of -2C to 3C

Thursday – Cold icy start windier later.

Friday and Saturday – Gales with winds gusting 40 to 50 mph strongest for Uist and Barra possibly reaching 60 to 65 mph. Some wintry showers.
