On this Wednesday morning, we are seeing a widespread frost and ice. Some sunshine and variable amounts of cloud. A few wintry showers. Winds under 20 mph. Overnight low of -2.7C

Today – A few scattered showers and some of these wintry at times but for most, it should be fine and dry. A widespread frost again this evening. Remaining icy. Some decent and prolonged sunshine. Winds under 25 mph. Winds will be from the East and South East. -3C to 3C

Thursday – Cold icy start with gales later for Uist and Barra. Winds gusting 30 to 40 mph.

Friday – Sunshine and cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 65 mph for Uist and Barra. Feeling cold

Saturday – Cold and sleet showers. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph. For Uist and Barra gusting 60 to 70 mph.
