Wednesday forecast – Even more beans

Good evening Western Isles on this Tuesday evening we are still seeing strong winds with rain and showers. These heavy in places. Some clear skies with variable amounts of cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph. Today’s high of 8.5C

A reminder a Met Office yellow weather warning comes into force at 10:00 on Wednesday morning and expires at 22:00 Wednesday evening the full warning and latest updates can be found via the Met Office website or app.

Overnight – A mixture of clear skies and cloud with some spells of rain heavy at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Further spells of rain heavy at times with some showery rain. Some sunny spells in between. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 60 mph with some gusts during the afternoon reaching 70 mph at times.

Evening – Further bands of rain which will be heavy and possibly some hail mixed in. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 60 mph.

Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 4C to 8C
