Today – We are going to see rain and squally showers across the Western Isles these will be heavy at times. Possibly thundery with hail mixed in. Some decent and prolonged spells of sunshine at times in between the showers. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to possibly 60 mph for Uist and Barra Winds easing under 20 mph this evening. Winds will be from the West and South West and temps of 2C to 9C
Saturday – Winds finally ease. Sunshine and a few scattered showers feeling colder.
Sunday – sunshine and scattered showers with blustery winds.
Monday – Lighter winds and drier.
