Tuesday’s forecast – Gales

Good evening Western Isles on this Monday evening we are seeing overcast conditions with some light rain and drizzle. Today’s high of 10.4C so far. Winds gusting 10 to 30 mph.

Overnight – We are going to see a cloud dominated night with some rain and showers. Some clear spells at times. winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Morning – Some spells of rain showers. it will be overcast with some sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph.

Afternoon – Rain and showers. A band of heavier rain will move across the islands. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 60 mph.

Evening – Once the band of heavy rain clears away we are going to see clear skies and showers. Heavy at times and still plenty of cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph.

Winds will be from the West and South West. Temps of 4C to 10C becoming colder into the evening.
