On this Saturday afternoon we are seeing rain and showers moving across the Western isles. The cloud is dominating. Winds of 20 to 40 mph and today’s high so far of 7.1C

Sunday – Low pressure systems sit to the North West. We are going to see a day of blustery winds across the UK. In the Western Isles we are going to see spells of rain which will be heavy and some longer spells of rain at times. Some sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph. Winds will be from the South West. Temps of 6C to 11C
Monday – The blustery airflow across the UK and weather front sits over Scotland. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see a wet and windy night with conditions improving into the morning and afternoon with plenty of cloud. Then the rain and gales arrive again into the evening. Winds will be from the West and South West around 20 to 40 mph gusting 60 mph into the evening. Temps of 5C to 10C
Tuesday – High pressure builds across the UK and the weather will become more settled. Low pressure sits across the Western Isles. We are going to see gales and heavy rain to start to the day. But wind will ease as the day goes on. A cloud dominated day with spells of rain and showers. Winds will be from the North West. Around 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 60 mph in the early hours. Temps of 4C to 11C
