On this Tuesday afternoon we are seeing rain moving across the Western Isles and this will be heavy at times. Some dry slots and the cloud dominating. Winds under 20 mph but gusting 40 mph for Uist and Barra. Today’s high of 10.9C

Wednesday – A weather front still sits across Scotland. High pressure builds in the North West. We are going to see overnight rain which will slowly clear away during the morning. The cloud will dominate. The afternoon and evening will fine and dry conditions with the cloud dominating. Some sunny spells. Winds will be from the North East 20 to 40 mph. Temps of 3C to 8c
Thursday – A cold front moves across the UK southwards. We are going to see high pressure moving across Scotland. For the Western Isles we are going to see a day of wall to wall sunshine with lighter winds. A cold start in the morning could see some frost and ice for a time. Winds will be from the East and North East under 20 mph. Temps of 2C to 9C
Friday – High pressure dominates across the entire UK 1036 mb. We are going to see a fine and dry day across the Western Isles with wall to wall sunshine for many. Winds under 20 mph from the North West. Temps of 3C to 9C
