Saturday’s forecast – Here comes the cloud

Good evening Western Isles. The cloud proved very stubborn to clear today. I was a bit more hopeful for more sunshine. On this Friday evening, we are seeing a mixture of sunshine and cloud. Some hazy sunshine. Winds under 20 mph and today’s high of 9.8C

Overnight – We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. It should be dry. Winds under 20 mph.

Saturday day – A mixture of sunshine and cloud. Some stubborn to clear cloud. Some decent spells of sunshine where the cloud breaks. Winds under 20 mph. The odd light shower cannot be ruled out.

Winds will be from the West and North West. Temps of 4C to 9C

Sunday – Dry start gales later wintry showers with snow becoming havier as we go overnight into Monday. Winds increasing and gales later.

Monday – Overnight snow then squally wintry showers with gales and some of these showers could be thundery feeling bitterly cold.

Tuesday – Overnight snow showers then squally wintry showers throughout the day with gales.
