Overnight – We are going to squally wintry showers. With sleet and snow. Resulting in further accumulations of snowfall. Frost and ice again. Overnight lows down to -4C. A chance of some of these squally showers could be thundery with hail mixed in. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Tuesday day – Sunshine and squally wintry showers. These will be heavy at times. Frost and ice to start the day and again into the evening. Further snowfall accumulations are likely for a time but will melt fairly quickly in the sunshine. Some hailed mixed in and the odd thundery shower cannot be ruled out. Some decent spells of sunshine in the breaks. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph.
Winds will be from the North West. Temps of -4C to 5C feeling colder in the wind chill down to -8C overnight down -4C to -5C during the day
