On this Friday afternoon we are seeing a band of rain moving across the Western Isles and this rain is heavy in places. Winds of 20. to 40 mph and today’s high of 10.8C so far.

Saturday – high pressure dominates the weather across the UK with low pressure far our West of the UK. We in the western Isles are going to see a mainly fine and dry day with some light rain and drizzle at times mainly into the evening. Some sunny spells at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph into the evening. Winds will be from the South and South East. Temps of 6C to 12C
Sunday – high pressure across the UK with weather fronts moving into the North West. We are going to see an overcast day with spells of rain which will be heavy at times into the evening. A few sunny spells but mainly cloudy. Winds of 20 to 40 mph but easing into the evening winds will be from the South and South East. Temps of 6C to 11C
Monday – high pressure dominates again but low pressure moves across the far North West. We are going to see spells of rain which will be heavy at times. Heaviest into the evening. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. Winds easing under 20 mph later in the day. Some sunny spells at times but again mainly cloud. Winds will be from the West and South West. Temps of 4C to 10C
