Good afternoon and welcome to Tuesday’s Weather Watch taking a look at the weather for the islands, the UK and around the Globe.
On this Tuesday afternoon we are seeing some decent and prolonged spells of sunshine. Hazy sunshine with a few scattered showers. Winds under 20 mph and todays high of 9.5C so far.

Wednesday – High pressure dominates across the UK. We are going to see some decent and prolonged sunshine. Variable amounts of cloud. A risk of frost and ice in the morning as temps drop close to freezing in the early hours. A few scattered showers are possible but mainly dry. Winds under 20 mph from variable directions and temps of -1C to 10C
Thursday – High pressure dominates across the UK. We are going to see a fine and dry day with sunshine and cloud. A few scattered showers are possible but should be mainly dry. Again a slight risk of frost and ice in the morning. Temps could get up to 13C which would be the warmest temperature of the year. Winds under 20 mph from the South East. Temps of 2C to 13C
Friday – High pressure dominates across the UK. We are going to see a fine and dry day once again across the islands. The odd shower cannot be ruled out. Some decent and prolonged sunshine with variable amounts of cloud. Winds will be from variable directions under 10 mph and temps of 4C to 13C
