Good afternoon and welcome to Thursday’s Weather Watch taking a look at the weather for the islands, the UK and around the Globe.
On this Thursday afternoon we are seeing fine dry and settled conditions with plenty of cloud. Still some decent spells of sunshine and feeling warm. Winds under 20 mph. Todays high of 12.4C highest of the year so far.

Friday – High pressure dominates the weather across the UK. We are going to see some mist and fog into Friday. A day of sunshine and cloud across the UK. A dry day but the off shower cannot be ruled out. Winds will be from the East and South East. Temps of 5C to 14C
Saturday – High pressure still dominates the weather across the UK. We are going to see another fine and dry day with some decent and prolonged sunshine. Cloud increasing into the evening. It should be mainly fine and dry but the odd scattered shower cannot be ruled out. Winds will be from the East and South East under 20 mph. Temps of 5C to 14C
Sunday – Another high pressure dominating day. We are once again going to see a day of sunshine and cloud. Best of the sunshine in the morning. Winds will be light under 20 mph. It should be dry but the odd shower cannot be ruled out. Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 6C to 15C
