On this Sunday evening we are seeing rain and drizzle set up along the East coast of Lewis and Harris. Dry with sunshine and cloud for the West coast and for Uist and Barra. Winds under 20 mph and today’s high so far of 10.8c

Monday – Across the UK high pressure is in place with fronts across the country. We are going to see an overcast day with some sunny spells. Light rain and drizzle at times. Winds will be from variable directions under 15 mph. Temps of 5C to 12C
Tuesday – Low pressure close Norway and its associated weather fronts will bring colder air across the UK. Its going to be predominantly and overcast day with spells of rain and drizzle once more the best of the drier and brighter weather will be for South Uist and Barra with some decent spells of sunshine here. Winds again under 20 mph from the North and North West. Temps of 6C to 12C
Wednesday – High pressure builds across the UK but an area of low pressure is building out to the West and will bring rain and blustery winds to large parts of the UK. We are going to see an overcast day with some sunshine and times. it is expected to be a mainly dry day. A few scattered showers are possible. Winds again from the North and North West under 20 mph. Temps of 5C to 10C
