The week ahead forecast – Becoming more unsettled

Welcome to the week ahead forecast. The full in depth forecast for Monday can be found in the update below this one. It has been a more cloudy weekend with sunshine at times and some scattered showers.

Tuesday – We are going to see a cloud dominated day. Some spells of light rain and drizzle. Occasional heavier showers. Some sunshine at times but fairly overcast. Winds will be from the South and South West around 10 to 30 mph. Temps of 12C to 16C

Wednesday – We are going to see spells of rain which will be heavy at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. The cloud will be dominating. With some sunny spells. Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 11C to 16C

Thursday – Will be another cloud dominated day with spells of rain which will occasionally be heavy. Some sunny spells at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. Winds will be from the South West and temps of 9C to 16C

Friday – Another mixed day with sunshine and showers. These will be heavy at times. Some decent spells of sunshine. Winds of 10. to 30 mph with some gusts reaching 40 mph. Temps of 9C to 15C

Next weekend – Sunshine and cloud with scattered showers. Risk of gales on Sunday.
