On this Tuesday afternoon we are seeing rain and showers with some drizzle. Drier for Uist and Barra. Some sunshine hazy in places but the cloud is dominating. Winds of 20 to 40 mph and todays high of 15.1C so far.

Wednesday – Another unsettled day across the UK with rain and showers with brisk winds. Best of the sunshine in the South East. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see the cloud dominating with spells of rain which will be heavy at times. Slow moving rain in the morning. Some sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph from the South and South West. Temps of 10C to 16C
Thursday – Low pressure sits to our North West and weather fronts move across the country with rain and showers. We are going to see an overcast day across the Western Isles with strong winds around 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph at times. Rain and showers once again and these will be heavy at times. Some sunny spells. Winds will be from the South West and temps of 9C to 15C
Friday – Low pressure moving away to our North. We are going to see a drier day across the Western Isles with sunshine and cloud. But the cloud will dominate. Some hazy sunshine. Some light rain and at times. Winds will be from the South West around 20 to 40 mph. Temps of 9C to 15C
