Wednesday’s forecast – Well summer was fun

Good evening Western Isles on this Tuesday evening Isles we are seeing rain and showers moving across the islands. This is heavy in places. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. Today’s high of 16.8C

Overnight – We are going to see rain and showers moving across the Western Isles which will be heavy at times. Possibly persistent in spots for a time. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. The cloud dominating with some clear spells.

Morning – Once more further spells of rain which will be heavy at times with some more persistent rain in some spots. Some sunny spells but mainly overcast. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. The heaviest of the rain clearing away in the late morning.

Afternoon and evening – The heaviest of the rain will clear away. The cloud will dominate with some sunny spells. Rain and drizzle which will slowly clear away but will linger longer for Lewis and Harris. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 8C to 14C
