On this Sunday afternoon we are seeing sunshine and cloud with some decent and prolonged sunshine. Feeling humid. A few sharp showers around and some of these are thundery in places. Winds under 10 mph and todays high of 19.2C

Monday – An area of low pressure sits across Northern Scotland and an area of low pressure sits to the South West of the UK which will move into England as the day progresses. For us in the Western isles we are going to see a fairly cloud dominated day with some sunshine at times. We are going to see showers and these becoming fairly frequent and heavy at times. Winds under 20 mph from variable directions and temps of 13 to 18C
Tuesday – The area of low pressure moved out into the North Sea. Behind brisk wind and a couple weather of weather fronts for the UK. For us in the Western isles we are going to see a day of sunshine and cloud. Showers once again will be heavy at times but expected to be fairly scattered. Winds under 20 mph from the South West shifting North West later. Temps of 12C to 17C
Wednesday High pressure builds back across the UK on Wednesday and we enter a slack airflow. We are going to see a day of sunshine and cloud. Some decent and prolonged spells of sunshine at times with variable amounts of cloud. Some scattered showers but most places expected to stay dry. Winds under 20 mph from the North and North West. Temps of 10 to 16C
