On this Saturday evening we are seeing a mixture of clear skies and cloud. The cloud is dominating. Winds under 20 mph. Todays high of 19.4C

We are now going to take a look at the next few days weather for the Western Isles. All the images shown below come from the Met office and can be found by following this link

Sunday – low pressure sits to the West of Ireland. Most of the UK sits under high pressure. We are going to see a fine and dry day here in the Western Isles with some decent and prolonged sunshine. The odd scattered shower can’t be ruled out. Winds will be from the East and North East under 20 mph. Temps of 12 to 19C

Monday –  Multiple weather fronts sit across the UK with low pressure to the South. For us in the Western isles, we are going to see a mostly fine and dry day with sunshine and cloud. Some early morning light rain and drizzle is possible. The best of the sunshine will be in the afternoon and evening. Winds under 20 mph from the North and North West. Temps of 11 to 18C

Tuesday –  High pressure sits across the UK. For us another day of sunshine and cloud with light winds. Best of the sunshine for Uist and Barra. Some light rain but mostly staying dry. Winds from variable directions and temps of 12c to 18C
