On this Thursday morning, we are seeing a mixture of sunshine and cloud. A few scattered showers and these heavy in spots. Winds under 20 mph. Overnight low of 9.4C

Today – A mixture of sunshine and cloud this morning with scattered showers. A band of rain will move into the islands and bring a spell of heavy rain for a time. Once it clears we are going to see showers and these will be heavy and possibly intense for a time. Some hail mixed in. A few of the showers will be thundery in nature. Not all will see showers and for some, it will stay dry. In between the showers some decent spells of sunshine. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph during the afternoon and evening. Winds will be from the South East, Shifting South West later. Temps of 12C to 17C

Friday – Rain and showers will be heavy and thunder at times. Some sunny spells with winds gusting 40 to 50 mph.

Saturday – Winds easing with sunshine and cloud. Scattered showers.

Sunday and Monday – Sunshine and cloud with scattered showers
