On this Thursday evening we are seeing a mostly overcast evening with some rain and drizzle. The heaviest of the rain has now cleared away for most. Winds of 10 to 30 mph. Todays high of 14.9C at 02:00 this morning.

Friday – Low pressure sits across Scotland on Friday. Weather warning has been issued for North East Scotland more below. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see an overcast day with some sunny spells. Rain and drizzle. Which will be heavy at times. Some mist and fog patches forming once again. Winds under 20 mph from the North and North East. Temps of 12C to 16C
Saturday – Low pressure gradually clears away and high pressure builds back in across the UK. Across the other side of the Atlantic we have Ex Hurricane Larry. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see an overcast day with some morning rain which will be heavy at times. Some sunny spells later in the day. Winds will be around 10 to 30 mph but some gusting will reach 40 mph for a time. Winds will be from the North West and temps of 9C to 16C
Sunday – High pressure builds across the UK. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see a fine and dry day with some decent and prolonged sunshine. Feeling warm in the sunshine. Light winds. Winds will be from the North and North East under 20 mph. Temps of 8C to 16C
