Monday’s forecast. – Feeling cooler

Good evening Western Isles on this Sunday evening the band of heavy rain is slowly exiting the islands eastwards with some heavy rain and persistent rain in spots. Winds have dropped under 20 mph. Today’s high of 16C

Overnight – We are going to see frequent rain and showers which will be heavy at times. Plenty of cloud but some clear skies. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Frequent rain and showers these will be squally at times. Merging into some longer spells of rain. In between some decent spells of sunshine where the cloud breaks. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Evening – Some sunny spells then clear skies after sunset but still quite a lot of cloud. Again the squally showers continue sweeping across the islands. Heavy showers. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 8C to 13C
