Overnight – Heavy and persistent rain. Plenty of cloud with some clear spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph possibly 60 mph for Uist and Barra.
Morning and afternoon – Further spells of rain heavy at times and scattered showers. Some sunny spells but plenty of cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph some gusts reaching 50 mph.
Evening – Clear skies and cloud with some sunny spells before sunset. Some scattered showers. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.
Winds will be from the South East but shifting South and South West later. Temps of 6C to 14C
