On this Friday evening we are seeing rain and drizzle. Along with mist and fog patches. Some heavier rain moving into the Uists and Barra. Winds under 20 mph. Today’s high of 15.9C

Saturday – High pressure sits to the South West and a cold front lingers across much of the west and North of the UK which brought overnight heavy rain. A cold front also lies over the South of the UK. We are going to see heavy overnight rain move across the Western Isles this will become persistent and slow moving. Eventually clearing as we go into the middle of the morning. Plenty of cloud. The rest of Saturday will be fine and dry with sunshine and cloud. Some decent and prolonged sunshine. Winds wioll be from the West and South West around 10 to 30 mph. Temps of 12 to 16C
Sunday – High pressure builds and a weakening weather front clears the South East. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see an overcast day with some sunny spells. Occasional scattered showers. Winds of 20 to 40 mph from the West and North West. Temps of 10C to 13C
Monday – High pressure across the UK but a weather front lingers across Scotland. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see an overcast day with spells of rain and drizzle. Heavy at times. winds of 20 to 40 mph from the North West. Temps of 6C to 13C
