Monday morning brief

Good morning Western Isles this is your morning brief – Due to unforeseen circumstances there was no week ahead forecast last night so I will include a quick look in the morning briefing.

On this Monday morning, we are seeing rain and showers moving across the Western isles. These are heavy in places. Plenty of cloud with some sunny spells. Winds under 20 mph and an overnight low of 8.7C

Today – Rain and showers heavy at times. Cloud dominating with some sunny spells. Some longer spells of rain into the late afternoon and evening for Lewis and Harris. Winds of 10 to 30 mph from the West and North West. Temps of 10C to 14C

Tuesday – Overcast with rain and showers. Light winds.

Wednesday – Sunshine and cloud with brisk winds.

Thursday – Rain and showers with winds gusting 20 to 40 mpg.

Friday – Light winds and cool. Sunshine and cloud.

Saturday and Sunday – Rain and showers with sunny spells. Brisk winds.
