Saturday’s forecast – Rain moves in later

Good evening Western Isles on this Friday evening we are seeing rain and showers moving across parts of the Western Isles. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds under 20 mph and todays high of 9.3C

Overnight – A cloud dominating night. Some clear skies. A few scattered showers. Winds under 20 mph.

Morning and afternoon – Some sunny spells. A scattering of showers heavy at times. But most places staying dry with plenty of cloud which increases in during the afternoon. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Evening – Rain will move into Uist and Barra. Later in the evening into Harris and into parts of Lewis. Becoming heavy at times for Uist and Barra. Mostly overcast with some clear skies. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Winds will be from the South and South West shifting South East later in the day. Temps of 8C to 11C
