Tuesday – Low pressure and its associated fronts dominate our weather. For us in the Western isles, we are going to see spells of rain heavy at times. Plenty of cloud with some sunny spells. The rain turning persistent for a time in the afternoon. Winds of 20 to 40 mph from the South and South West. Temps of 10C to 14C
Wednesday – Low pressure swirls to the North of the UK and the South West. For us in the Western Isles, we are going to see further spells of rain heavy at times. The heaviest being in the afternoon and evening. Plenty of cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph. Winds will be from the South West and then shifting North and North West later turning colder. Temps of 14C to 5C
Thursday – Brisk airflow sets up across the UK with weather fronts. For us in the Western Isles a day of sunshine and showers with brisk winds. Showers heavy and squally at times. Winds will be from the North and North West around 20 to 40 mph. Temps of 5C to 10C feeling colder in the wind chill.
