On this Thursday evening, we are seeing frequent rain and squally showers moving across the Western Isles. A mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds gusting 40 mph and today’s high of 10.2C

Friday – High pressure across the UK as a ridge builds in. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see a day of sunshine and cloud. Winds easing down. Some decent spells of sunshine. Variable amounts of cloud. A few scattered squally showers. Winds of 10 to 30 mph from the North and North West shifting South and South West. Temps of 6C to 11C
Saturday – Low pressure moves in with weather fronts moving across the UK. For us in the Western Isles we are going to see bands of rain moving across the Western Isles this will be heavy and persistent at times. Cloud dominating. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph. Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 10C to 13C
Sunday – Low pressure dominates the weather across the UK with weather fronts move in from the Atlantic. For us in the Western Isles with a day of sunshine and showers these will be heavy at times. Some decent sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph from the South West. Temps of 8C to 13C.
