On this Saturday morning, we are seeing rain moving across the Western isles this is heavy in places. Winds gusting 40 mph and an overnight low of 9.5C
Today – Bands of rain will move across the Western Isles heavy at times. Becoming lighter for times before becoming heavier again as further rounds move in. Lighter rain into the evening which will gradually clear away. The cloud dominating. Some drizzle at times. Some heavier rain moving back into Barra in the late evening. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 60 mph. Possibly some slightly stronger gusts in some exposed coastal spots. Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 10C to 13C but feeling colder in the wind chill.
Monday and Wednesday – Bands of rain moving across the Western Isles with winds gusting 40 to 50 mph at times.
Tuesday – Sunshine and showers breezy with some sunny spells.
