Tuesday’s forecast – Brisk winds and showers

Good evening Western Isles on this Monday evening we are seeing heavy rain moving across the Western Isles. Plenty of cloud. Mist and fog patches. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Overnight – We are going to see a mixture of clear skies and cloud. The heaviest of the rain will have cleared away. Some showers with some light rain and drizzle with mist and low cloud. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Morning – A more organised band of rain will move across the Western isles. Behind it rain and showers occasionally heavy at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Afternoon and evening – Rain and showers merging into some longer spells of rain at times. Some sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph,

Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 5 to 11C
