Good evening Western Isles on this Thursday evening we are seeing further rain and showers moving across the Western Isles heavy in places. Plenty of cloud. Winds of 30 to 55 mph. Today’s high of 10.8C

Overnight and Morning – Further rounds of heavy rain will sweep across the Western Isles, Some spells persistent at times. Plenty of cloud with some morning sunny spells. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.

Afternoon – Some lingering rain and drizzle. Plenty of cloud. Becoming drier and brighter with sunshine and cloud. Winds under 20 mph.

Evening – Clear skies and cloud. Mainly fine and dry but the odd scattered shower can’t be ruled out. Winds under 20 mph.

Winds will be from the South East shifting North West to end the day. Temps of 7C to 12c
