Good evening Western isles on this Wednesday evening we are seeing rain and wintry showers moving across the Western Isles. Plenty of cloud with some clear spells. Winds gusting 40 mph in places and temps down to 1.4C this evening.
Overnight – Further wintry showers plenty of cloud. Some clear skies and under which temperatures will fall and we will see some frost and ice. Winds of 20 to 40 mph.
Morning – Overcast and mostly dry some light rain is possible. Some sunny spells but mainly cloud. Winds under 20 mph.
Afternoon and evening – After a mostly dry start to the afternoon rain will move across the afternoon and evening becomes heavier. It will be milder. Winds gusting 30 to possibly 40 mph in some spots.
Winds will be from the North and North West shifting South West later. Temps of -1C to 8C
