Met Office yellow weather warning for snow and wind for Northern Scotland 4th and 5th of January 2022

So the Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for Snow and Wind for Tuesday and Wednesday. This is for the mainland and not for the Western Isles. But we are still likely to see wintry showers and blustery winds on these days and I know a lot of people will be travelling home after Christmas and New Year.

Here is the warning from the Met Office – The warning comes into force at 00:00 Tuesday and expires at 06:00 Wednesday morning.
