Good evening Western Isles this blog is going to take a look at the latest severe weather for the islands in the coming days.
First, the Met Office has updated the yellow weather warning for snow and ice for the Western Isles. It comes into force at 20:00 Thursday evening and expires at 11:00 Friday morning.

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency has issued a flood alert for the Western isles.
