Today – Rain and showers for the morning with winds gusting 40 to 50 mph. The heaviest of the rain clears away into the afternoon and we get a showery regime into the evening. These showers at times will be heavy and wintery. Under clearing skies a risk of frost and ice. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph from the West and South West. Temps of 3C to 10C

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – High pressure builds in with brisk winds gusting 20 to 40 mph from the South West. Overcast with rain and drizzle. Temps of 5C to 11C
