Good evening Western Isles on this Saturday evening we are seeing rain and drizzle across large parts of the Western Isles. The cloud is dominating. Winds of10 to 30 mph and today’s high so far of 8.3C

Overnight – A band of rain will move across the Western Isles this will be heavy at times. Plenty of cloud with a mixture of clear skies and cloud. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Morning – A few lingering showers heavy at times but for most, it should be fine and dry with sunshine and cloud. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Afternoon and evening – It should be mainly fine and dry but the odd shower cannot be ruled out. A mixture of sunshine and cloud. Some decent spells of sunshine at times. A mixture of clear skies and cloud after sunset. Winds of 10 to 30 mph

Winds will be from the North West. Temps of 5C to 9C

Tuesday – Sunshine and cloud with rain and showers. Heavy at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph with some gusts reaching 50 mph from the South West. Temps of 5C to 11C

Wednesday – Sunshine and showers these heavy and possibly wintry at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph from the North and North West. Temps of 2C to 11C

Thursday – A cold frosty start. Then fine and dry with sunshine and cloud. Winds from the North West under 20 mph.
