On this Friday morning, we are seeing rain and showers moving across the Western Isles. Plenty of cloud. Winds gusting 40 mph and an overnight low of 4.5C
Today – Outbreaks of rain and showers these heavy at times. Drizzle at times with the cloud. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 60 mph from the South West. Temps of 6C to 12C
Saturday – Winds gusting 50 to 60 mph in some spots 70 to 75 mph during the early hours. Rain and showers. I wouldn’t be shocked if the Met Office issued a warning on this today. Some sunny spells in the break in the cloud. Winds easing later in the day.
Sunday – Further spells of rain and showers persistent at times with another round of strong winds that could reach 70 mph for a time.
Monday – Staying windy with squally showers wintry at times gusting 40 to 50 mph.
