Tiree Weather forecast for the 4th February 2022

Good evening Tiree here is your weather forecast for Friday. On this Thursday evening, we are seeing a few scattered showers around. Some of these are wintry in nature with sleet and rain. The cloud is dominating. Winds gusting 30 to 45 mph and today’s high peaked out at 10.1C before the arrival of the cold front.

Friday – Will be a day of squally wintry showers. A combination of rain, sleet and at times it could fall as snow but this would be very fleeting and is not expected to amount to much. Overnight clear skies and cloud with these wintry showers and there is a chance they could be thundery. Into the morning and afternoon sunshine and cloud with frequent squally showers which again will be wintry at times. A few of these could be thundery at times. Into the evening once again a mixture of clear skies and squally wintry showers. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph the strongest wind gusts are most likely into the evening. Winds will be from the North West. Temps of 2C to 6C

Outlook

Saturday and Sunday – Winds will be from the West the and South West gusting 50 to 60 mph. Fairly overcast with spells of rain heavy at times. Temps of 5c to 8C

Monday – Winds are expected to ease for a time during early Monday. Before increasing once again Monday late morning afternoon gusting 40 to 50 mph from the South West. Temps of 7C to 12C.
