Good morning Western Isles this is your morning briefing,

On this Saturday morning, we are seeing rain and showers moving across the Western Isles. Plenty of cloud. Winds gusting 50 to 60 mph and an overnight low of 8.2C

Today – An overcast day with spells of rain and drizzle. For most, it will be mainly dry. Heavier rain will push in later in the day. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 65 mph. Winds will be from the South and South West. Temps of 4C to 9C feeling colder in the wind chill.

Sunday – Further rounds of rain heavy at times. Winds ease so quickly and then pick up again you may miss it gusting 50 to 60 mph.

Monday -Rain and showers with sunny spells. Winds gusting 40 to 50 mph.

Tuesday – Mostly fine and dry day with sunshine and cloud. Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph from the South West.
