Today – Some decent and prolonged sunshine this morning. Winds gusting 20 to 40 mph. Cloud increase into the afternoon with rain moving in becoming heavy into the evening. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 55mph. Strongest for Uist and Barra. Temps of 2C to 9C

Thursday – Rain and showers heavy at times. Cloud dominating. Winds of 10 to 30 mph.

Friday – Overnight rain clear to sunshine and cloud winds easing.

Saturday – Fine dry and sunny but a chilly Northerly wind.
