Good morning Western Isles this is your morning briefing,

On this Monday morning, we are seeing scattered showers moving across the islands. For most, it’s a dry start to the morning with clear skies and cloud. Mist and low cloud. Winds gusting 20 to 30 mph and an overnight low of 7.3C

Today – Sunshine and cloud. Scattered showers and these heavy at times. Most places will stay dry. Some decent and prolonged sunshine. Best of this in the afternoon. Winds of 10 to 30 mph with some gusts reaching 40 mph.

Tuesday – Spells of rain heavy at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph from the South and South West.

Wednesday – Sunshine and cloud with light winds scattered showers.

Thursday – Showery with winds gusting 40 mph.
