Friday – Another chilly day with cooler air as winds come down from the North. Sunshine and cloud. We will see showers on Friday but they are expected to fade but that will very much depend on the position of the high pressure to our West. Winds of 10 to 30 mph. Temps of 7C to 14C

Saturday – Little change we are expecting to see an overcast with day with winds coming from the North West with winds from North West. Spells of rain and drizzle. Temps of 9C to 14C

Sunday – We are expecting to see high pressure to build back in across our islands. As it does winds will ease back under 20 mph. Some morning showers then sunshine and cloud. Winds will become more variable under 20 mph. Temps of 10C to 15C

Monday – High pressure looks set to dominate the start of the new week. With light winds but plenty of cloud. Winds from variable directions and temps of 12C to 16C

Long range trends – Tend to keep us on the edge of high pressure with some dry days but also spells of rain and drizzle and a lot of cloud as we move towards the end of September.
