Good morning Western Isles this is your morning briefing, On this Saturday morning, we are seeing plenty of cloud with some rain and drizzle. Winds gusting 30 mph and an overnight low of 11.1C

A reminder a Scottish Environment agency flood alert remains in force across the Western Isles. Further updates can be found via the SEPA website or Met Office app and website.

Today – Plenty of cloud with some sunny spells. Further outbreaks of rain and drizzle heavy at times. Winds of 10 to 30 mph gusting 40 mph for Uist and Barra. Winds will be from the East and South East. Temps of 11C to 13C

Sunday – Sunshine and cloud mainly dry. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 to 60 mph for Uist and Barra. Temps of 10C to 14C

Monday – Rain and showers with winds gusting 30 mph. Some sunny spells.

Tuesday – Further rain heavy at times. Winds of 20 to 40 mph gusting 50 mph early in the day.

Wednesday – Sunshine and showers with winds of 20 to 40 mph.
